This application has been filed to permit the petitioner to mark the documents shown in the judge's summons as secondary evidence in the present OP.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to permit the petitioner to mark the letter dated 11.01.2022 as secondary evidence. As regards the legal heirship certificate of V.R.Gajendran is concerned, it is for the petitioner to obtain certified copy from the competent Authority and mark the same as evidence.
