Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to permit the General Public and the students of the Karuvalur Village Panchayat to use the full time public library at Plot No.24, Samidevar Nagar, Karuvalur Village, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District till the permanent library building is constructed at Karuvalur Village Panchayat.

[Order was delivered by S.MANIKUMAR,J] The instant writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to permit the general public and students of the Karuvalur Village Panchayat to use as a full time public library in Plot No.24, Samidevar Nagar, Karuvalur Village, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District till a permanent library is constructed at Karuvalur Village Panchayat.

2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that building in Plot No.24, Samidevar Nagar, Karuvalur Village, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District is maintained by Karuvalur Village Panchayat, represented by Special Officer/Block Development Officer, Avinashi taluk, Tirupur district/third respondent. He further submitted that the District Collector, Tiruppur district/ first respondent has ordered for use of the said building, as a permanent library.

3. Placing on record the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this writ petition for issuance of mandamus. Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
