The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.00 am until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16664 of 2024 dated 18.07.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both the counsel and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and considering the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
