The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 10.04.2016.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent on 10.04.2016. But the respondent has not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.
3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 22.04.2016. He would further submit that the petitioner has also given a statement that he does not want to pursue the matter.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
