This application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 29 days in filing the OP under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the affidavit sworn in support of the application for condonation of delay is not bonafide and blame is being shifted on the employee for the delay in not filing the OP in time. However, I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and the counter affidavit.

4.Considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel on either side and the interest of justice, if the delay of 29 days is condoned, the OP is taken up on merits.
