ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Kilpauk, Greater Chennai/respondent, to withdraw the look out notice issued against the petitioner herein in Cr. No.5 of 2015. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/State.

It is seen that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.5 of 2015 and that he has approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P. No.28052 of 2015, wherein, he has been granted stay on 24.11.2015, which has been made absolute on 08.01.2016. In the meantime, the respondent police appear to have issued a look out https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

circular to secure the presence of the petitioner for interrogation.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court and that he has complied with the condition and further, the investigation of the case is almost completed, as stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the respondent police to withdraw the look out circular within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
