ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the Transport Corporation submitted that the petitioner has been settled with all the terminal benefits and he is also receiving monthly pension.

2. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the settlement made by the Transport Corporation, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the same independently.
