ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner on 30.12.2024, wherein the petitioner is seeking for restoration of the service connection in his name.

2. Heard Mr.R.Sethuvarayar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4 th respondent without his knowledge and without giving any notice cancelled the service connection and hence the petitioner submitted a representation seeking for restoration of the service connection. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 4 th respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 30.12.2024 after affording opportunity to the petitioner and a decision shall be taken within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
