This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 07.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9359 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12005 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police once in a week morning at 10.30 a.m., and evening at 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
