This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner should report before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.11772 of in Crl.O.P.No.14621 of 2023 dated 09.08.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, final report is filed, but not taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
