This application has been filed requesting to grant a further period of eight weeks to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction given by this Court vide order dated 23.06.2023 made in Crl. O.P. No.14461 of 2021.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and eight weeks time is extended to the petitioner to complete the investigation and file the final report as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
