Prayer in W.P.No.7830 of 2023: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the impugned notification/advertisement vide Advertisement No.01/2017, dated 24.02.2017 issued by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and invalid, without any authority of law as the second respondent's appointment as designated Nodal Agency to conduct TNTET vide G.O.Ms.No.181 dated 15.11.2011, is against the mandatory statutory provisions of sub-Section (1) of Section 23 and Sub-Sections (1), (3) and (4) of Section 38 and clause (j) of Section 2 of the RTE Act, 2009.
