Crl.M.P.No.15171 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18450 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.18450 of 2023 dated 21.08.2023 that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 am for a period of 6 weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.18450 of 2023 dated 21.08.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
