The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court, while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.A.No.874 of 2022 dated 18.08.2022 directing the petitioner to report before the second respondent/Inspector of Police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner complied with the condition and hence, he would seek to relax the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

4. Considering the nature of offence and the fact that the charge sheet has not been filed, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminial Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 02.11.2022 ksa-2
