O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Cr.No.523 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent to some other investigation officer under the control of the first respondent for fair and further investigation based on the petitioner's representation in the form of complaint made to the first respondent on 21.11.2015. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.11.2015, a case was registered by the second respondent in Crime No.523 of 2015 for the offence under Section 381 of IPC as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

against one Suresh and investigation is going on. He further submits that during the pendency of the investigation, the petitioner has made another representation to the first respondent on 21.11.2015 to include some more accused as parties to the proceedings. Since the respondents have not taken any action, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.Considering the submissions made on both sides, since the offence is under Section 381 IPC, a direction is given to the first respondent to depute the jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police to supervise the investigation done by the second respondent.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
