This petition has been filed seeking to quash the Cr.No.1549 of 2017, on the file of the first respondent Police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent Police have already completed the investigation and have also filed a Final Report, and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.10 of 2018, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
