When the matter was taken up on the last occasion, i.e. on 07.09.2021, none appeared on behalf of the revision petitioner. Hence, this 1/4

Court directed the Registry to list the matter under the caption "For Dismissal'' on 13.09.2021. Accordingly, the matter is listed today. However, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the revision petitioner, whereas, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent is present.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed in the year 2017. Thus, for the past four years, the revision petitioner has not taken any steps to prosecute the case, which per se shows that he is not interested in pursuing the matter any further.

3. Therefore, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition for stay also stands dismissed.
