This petition has been filed to relax the condition that petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all working day at 10.00 a.m., until further orders by this Court Crl.O.P.No.15469 of 2023 dated on 13.07.2023 in C.C.No.953 of 2022 Crime No.21 of 2020 on the file of the police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
