The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking to set aside the closure report dated 16.02.2022 issued by the 2nd respondent and consequently direct the 2nd respondent herein to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.01.2022 vide C.No.100/CCB/COP/Visitors/2022 and proceed with the investigation in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a complaint was given on 28.01.2022, by alleging certain mal-practice committed in the bank while sanctioning and disbursing the home loan; after conducting the enquiry, the 2nd respondent police closed the complaint on 16.02.2022; not being satisfied with the closure report, the petitioner had chosen to file this petition.

4. The rightful course that is open to the petitioner is to take appropriate proceedings either under Section 156(3) or 200 of Cr.P.C.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of .
