ORDER

When this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents would submit that as against the interim order dated 06.08.2019 based on which, the present contempt 1/3

petition has been filed, a petition in W.M.P. No. 32014 of 2019 has been moved before this Court on behalf of the Respondents seeking to vacate the interim order.

2. In view of statement made by the learned Government Advocate since writ miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to vacate the interim order before this Court and it is pending, this Court feels that it would not be appropriate to entertain the present contempt petition at this stage. Therefore, the contempt petition is closed. No costs. The Registry is directed to list W.M.P. No. 32014 of 2019 in regular course along with the main writ petition.
