This application has been filed for an order of appointment of Mr.Mohammed Imran- State Head Collection of the applicant company as receiver to seize the vehicle more particularly described in the schedule to the judges summon wherever stationed in the premises of the respondent or wherever it is found and with whomsoever it is found with power to break open the premises and grant permission to the receiver to obtain police aid from the concerned police officer.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the Advocate Commissioner has already been appointed as receiver to seize the vehicle. Therefore, this application may be closed.
