This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.68 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Jolarpet Police Station, Jolarpet, Thirupathur District to any other competent agency which is now pending investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation in this case has already been completed and final report will be filed within a short period.

3. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent police is directed to file the final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
