This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6654 of in Crl.O.P.No.7589 of 2023 dated 07.06.2023 to report before the Chengalpattu Town Police Station on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6654 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7589 of 2023 dated 07.06.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
