Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.O1/6651/2019-5 dated 20.12.2021 and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue to work as B.T.Assistant (Tamil) in Government ADW High School, Melotivakkam, Kanchipuram District with all consequential benefits.
