It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim order dated 27.01.2024 passed by this Court, the petitioner is continuing in the same place for more than three years and as such, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive, as the petitioner is liable for transfer after expiry of a period of three years.

2. Hence, no further orders need to be passed in this Writ Petition and the same is accordingly closed. No costs. Interim orders, if any passed shall stand dissolved. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions, if any shall stand closed. 05.06.2024
