O R D E R The petitioner herein has filed the present Contempt Petition to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.26408 of 2012 dated 12.09.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the documents placed on record.

3. Aggrieved by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26408 of 2012 dated 12.09.2023, the respondents have preferred batch of Writ Appeals in W.A.Nos.1636 of 2025 etc., batch and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court on 22.05.2025 has granted an Order of Interim Stay in respect of the payment of back wages alone.

4. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed at present and the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh contempt petition subject to the result of the Writ Appeals.
