ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 12.09.2023, passed by this Court in W.P.No.25311 of 2012, thereby directed the respondents to continue the petitioner's services with continuity of service and with all attendant and service benefits.

The learned Special Government Pleader (HR&CE) appearing for the respondents submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court, the respondents preferred an appeal in W.A.No.1639 of 2025 and obtained interim order of stay in W.A.No.1636 of 2025 etc., batch, by an order dated 22.05.2025. He further submitted that the petitioners filed vacate stay petition and the same was also dismissed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.

In view of the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed at present. The petitioner is at liberty to file fresh contempt petition subject to the result of the Writ Appeal. Consequently, connected Sub Application is also closed.
