This Criminal Original Petition is filed to set aside the order passed in C.M.P.No.5979 of 2018 in C.C.No.8062 of 2006 dated 06.03.2019 on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate CCB/CBCID, Court, Chennai and to recall the PW1 to PW4 and permit that petitioner to cross examine the witnesses. 2.I do not find any infirmity in the findings of the Trial Court, by not extending the description to a person, who has been absconding for a very long period, after a non bailable warrant was issued. 3.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
