This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to grant permission to the petitioner to withdraw the deposited cheque amount of Rs.2,50,000/- in the case in S.T.C.No.20 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chidambaram.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection to withdraw the amount.

3. Recording the same, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the deposited amount of Rs.2,50,000/- in S.T.C.No.20 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chidambaram.
