This miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7 (b) imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.1313 of 2022 dated 08.09.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not regularly complied with the said condition.

4.Since the condition in sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph 7 of the order dated 08.09.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.1313 of 2022 has not been properly complied with, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
