This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2022 and appoint the Muthawallis / Trustees of the Wakf and the Managing Committee for the Fazeelathunissa Begum Saheba Mosque, Nandanam, Chennai after following the due process within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that enquiry has already been initiated and will be completed. Further the 2/5

election process will be over within two months by giving proper publication. The said statement is recorded.

3. Accordingly, the respondents shall ensure that election are conducted as per law within a period of two months. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
