ORDER

The petitioner seeking police protection while measuring the land by surveyor.

2. It is alleged that the third respondent herein is preventing the petitioner herein from surveying the land. If any application is made by the surveyor and at the time of measuring the land that there is disturbance or interference, the said surveyor may seek Police Protection and on the said request, Police shall provide protection for the surveyor to discharge his duties.
