This application has been filed to grant leave to the Plaintiff, to sue to institute the suit before this Court as cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court, but the Defendants 2 to 4 are living outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and since the Respondents 2 to 4 are residing outside Chennai, in the interest of justice, this Application is ordered as prayed for.
