Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a direction to dispose of E.A.No.1 of 2019 in E.P.No.30 of 2018 in O.S.No.27 of 2016 pending on the file of the Court of II Additional District Judge, Ranipet, within a time stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner : M/s.S.Sri Ranjini O R D E R The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the II Additional District Court, Ranipet, to dispose of E.A.No.1 of 2019 in E.P.No.30 of 2018 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein is a claim petitioner in E.A.No.1 of 2019. The second respondent herein filed a suit for recovery of money and obtained a decree against the first respondent. Thereafter, the decree was put into execution

and the property of the first respondent was attached in E.P.No.30 of 2018. The petitioner herein on acquiring knowledge of the attachment, filed the petition in E.A.No.1 of 2019 seeking raising of attachment.

3. The perusal of adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would suggest that in E.A.1 of 2019, the petitioner side arguments was heard as early as 05.10.2020 and the matter was adjourned for arguments of respondents to 12.10.2020.. Thereafter, at the request of the respondents, the matter has been adjourned from time to time for arguments without any substantial progress.

4. In view of the fact the evidence in E.A.No.1 of 2019 has been already recorded and it is posted for arguments, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of E.A.No.1 of 2019 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
