Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to survey and subdivided the land with regard to the land in Survey No.102/3, 102/4, 102/2C and 112/2A in Madavacheri Village, Chinnasalem Taluk, Kallakurichi District, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to survey and subdivided the land situated in S.Nos.102/3, 102/4, 102/C and 112/2A, in Madavacheri Village, Chinnasalem Taluk, Kallakurichi District, by considering his online application dated 27.04.2023.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the above mentioned property originally belonged to the petitioner's grand mother Anjali and the petitioner succeeded to her estate. Subsequently, the petitioner submitted online application on 27.04.2023 seeking survey of the land and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered, on its own merits, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim 2/4

made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 27.04.2023 and pass final order, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
