Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of declaration, declaring that the petitioner herein shall continue to be the Member/Executive Member of the second respondent-Central Counsil of Indian Medicines, till her successor is duly elected or nominated to the second respondent-Council, whichever is later, till the re-constitution of the second respondent-council,, in accordance with law and consequently permit the petitioner to function and attend as a Member of the second respondent-Council in all the meetings of the second respondent-Council and to perform all the statutory duties attached to the said post.
