When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied the conditions. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was not able to comply with the conditions due to his ill health and also filed an affidavit to that effect.

2. Considering the submissions made on both sides, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.

Accordingly, ordered.
