Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue Form-A under the NCTE Act for creation of Fixed Deposit receipts towards Endowment and Reserve Fund, in the joint name of Regional Director, SRC-NCTE along with the petitioner college, after receipt of any deficit amount as requested by the petitioner college by their letter dated 06.12.2021 within the time period fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has inadvertently mentioned as "issuing the Fixed Deposit receipt in the joint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

name of Regional Director, SRC-NCTE along with the petitioner college" in the prayer of the Writ Petition. Hence, this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the respondent bank for creation of Fixed Deposit receipt in appropriate name.

2. Considering the request of the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner Trust to file appropriate application before the respondent bank for modification, if any in the Fixed Deposit Receipt.

3. Accordingly, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
