This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 299 days in filing the appeal.

3. Mr.S.P.Yuaraj, learned representing counsel would submit that Mr.B.Sivakumar, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the first respondent and he does not have objection in allowing the petition.

4. The petitioner would state that due to administrative reasons, delay of 299 days occurred in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

5. The reasons assigned by the petitioner appears to be acceptable. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition on payment of costs of Rs.500/- payable in favour of the High Court Legal Services Authority, Madras High Court, Chennai on or before 10.12.2025. It is made clear that if the above said order is not complied with as mentioned supra, this petition shall automatically stand dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
