Crl.O.P.No.26464 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the case has been transferred to the file of Thally Police Station, Krishnagiri Station.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and to file fresh application by impleading the Thally Police Station, Krishnagiri District.

In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
