Crl.M.P.No.13111 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.14625 of 2024 P.DHANABAL, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every alternate days at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months without fail imposed in Crl.OP.No.14625 of 2024 dated 10.07.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he has no previous case and further investigation is also completed.

3. Considering the nature of offence and that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also almost completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
