ORDER
(Order of the court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.S.Sivashanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader, who is directed to take notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2013 and consequentially grant community certificate to petitioners minor daughter Urekha as per G.O.No.541 Social Welfare Department dated 24.07.1981 as belonging to Reddy (Ganjam) community.

The case of the petitioner is that he belongs to Hindu Reddy (Ganjam) community which is recognized as Backward Community and himself, his father and his brother and his children have all obtained community certificates to that effect, but, when it was applied for the petitioner's daughter on 13.5.2013 itself, it was not considered by the authorities and hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Therefore, it is for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner with regard to issuance of community certificate for his daughter and do the needful. In this regard, if the representation is not available with the authorities, it is for the petitioner to give a copy of his representation or a fresh one to the respondents within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the respondents shall consider the same and do the needful with regard to issuance of community certificate, within a period of two months from thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
