The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the affidavit filed in support of this petition and would submit that in paras 2 and 3 of the order dated 26.10.2015 made in W.P.No.33734 of 2015, some mistakes had crept in, namely that the father of the petitioner is still alive and on account of demise of the petitioner's mother, he did not bestow more attention due to depressed state of mind and therefore, prays for modification of the order.

2. Heard the submissions of Mr.K.Raja Srinivas, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that there is no objection in ordering this petition.

3. Hence, the following sentence in Paras 2 and 3 of the order dated 26.10.2015 made in W.P.No.33734 of 2015, viz., "2........Since the petitioner was minor, she could not approach the respondent's office for employment on compassionate ground and she was maintained by her maternal

uncle for the reason that her father also predeceased her mother.....

3...... that admittedly the father and mother of the petitioner are no more...."

shall be read as under:

"2......Since the petitioner was minor, she could not approach the respondent's office for employment on compassionate ground and she was maintained by her maternal uncle for the reason that her father did not bestow attention on account of demise of his wife...

3.... that admittedly the mother of the petitioner is no more...."

4. This Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly, 20.06.2016 jvm Note: Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and Issue Order copy on or before 23.06.2016 M.SATHYANARAYANAN. J
