The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para (3) by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7189/2024 dated 07.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25241/2023 in respect of Cr.NO.73/2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thittagudi Police Station, Cuddalore. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
