2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen that the petitioner has not attached any proof of the complaint being given to the respondent on 26.02.2016.
4. Hence the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint along with the discharge summary to the respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent-Police shall enquire into and take action in accordance with law.
