AND V.SIVAGNANAM, J.
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed in Crl.A.No.769 of 2022 dated 21.12.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. and on all hearing dates.
2.
The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the second respondent/National Investigation Agency has no serious objection for relaxing the bail condition on the ground that the petitioner has complied with the bail conditions without any default.
3.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the bail condition imposed in order dated 21.12.2023 in Criminal Appeal No.769 of 2022 stands modified to that of "the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every first working day of English Calender Month and on all hearing dates."
