When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is seen from the proceedings dated 13.09.2022, that the Order dated 02.08.2021 has been passed even prior to the filing of the Contempt and that the Respondents inadvertently, has not brought the same to the attention of this Court. The Contempt Petition has been filed as early as on 23.12.2021 and proceedings dated 02.08.2021 has also been passed. 2.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, this Court is closing this Contempt Petition giving liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.29614/2009/D1 dated 02.08.2021.
