Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions in the matter and he has addressed a letter to his client.

Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the dispute between the parties are settled and a letter to that effect has been given by the petitioner himself on 05.12.2015 stating that he is ready to withdraw the writ petition.
