The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.not known of 2021 on the file of respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petition enquiry in CSR.No584 of 2021 against the petitioners was closed.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
