Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent would contend that in the Execution Petition in REA.No.1 of 2022, delivery receipt dated 04.10.2023 is filed by way of additional typed set of papers by the respondent herein and the delivery was handed over to the plaintiff. The aforesaid statement and the delivery receipt

dated 04.10.2023 is recorded. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition.

2. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
